Job Description

As a part of Telus Digital, your role will involve working closely with customers to understand their service-related needs and provide appropriate solutions with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and resolving basic network and modem functionality issues, including troubleshooting landline connections. - Guiding customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to optimize service functionality. - Offering solutions and resources to address customer repair issues effectively. - Communicating with customers via phone to provide updates on service restoration and escalate technical issues to upper-level support when necessary. Preferred Candidate Profile: - 0.6-5 years of experience in International Technical Support (Voice). - Excellent communication skills. - Experience in handling ISP, Internet & WiFi related, router & modem connectivity issues. - Comfortable working in a 24*7 environment with rotational shifts and week offs. - Graduation not mandatory.
