Job Description

You will be working as a Technical Support Executive at TELUS Digital, providing world-class customer service by identifying service-related needs and offering appropriate solutions to customers. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving basic network and modem functionality issues, troubleshooting landline connections, guiding customers on phone hardware and software configurations, providing repair solutions, updating customers on service status, and escalating technical issues when necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Work with customers to identify and address service-related needs - Diagnose and resolve basic network and modem functionality issues - Troubleshoot landline connections - Guide customers on phone hardware and software configurations - Provide repair solutions and resources for customer issues - Update customers on service status - Escalate technical issues to upper-level technical support Qualifications Required: - 0.6-5 years of experience in International Technical Support (Voice) - Excellent communication skills - Experience with ISP, Internet & WiFi Related, Router & Modem Connectivity Issues - Comfortable working in a 24*7 environment - Graduation not required - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and have rotational week offs Additional Details: You are invited to attend a walk-in interview on 6th & 7th Dec 2025 (Sat & Sun) between 1.00 PM to 6.00 PM at Telus Digital, UG Floor, Tower 6, Candor Techspace, Noida Sec 135, Uttar Pradesh.
