As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Support Executive to join our support team. Job Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Respond to support requests via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate unresolved problems to higher-level technicians when necessary. Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software. Maintain logs of support requests and resolutions. Assist in setting up new users’ accounts and managing user permissions. Provide training and support to clients or team members as needed. Requirements: A technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Diploma or Bachelor's degree). Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and commonly used software applications. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
