Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Technical Support Executive to assist HP customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HP laptops, desktops, printers, or software. You will be the first point of contact for customers and ensure a high level of technical resolution and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat to provide technical support for HP devices and solutions. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across HP product lines including PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Provide guidance on product usage, driver installation, network setup, and firmware/software updates. Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Zendesk). Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or service engineers. Maintain a strong understanding of HP products, services, and support tools. Meet performance benchmarks related to resolution time, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution (FCR). Follow all support protocols and security compliance standards. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk environment. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and basic hardware troubleshooting. Good understanding of HP product ecosystem (e.g., HP Smart App, HP Support Assistant, BIOS updates). Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure scenarios.
