The ideal candidate should have a technical background and a passion for resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally. Educational Qualifications: B.Tech, B.Sc (IT/CS), BCA, MCA Should possess sound knowledge of technical concepts and troubleshooting Key Responsibilities: 1. Communication: Provide excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication Understand and address customer concerns effectively 2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware/software/network issues Escalate complex issues when required 3. Technical Proficiency: 4. Documentation: Provide basic technical guidance and support to customers Stay updated with current tools and technologies Maintain detailed records of customer queries and technical resolutions Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for preparing reports and maintaining documentation Skills Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Training & Compensation: 3-months training will be provided to selected candidates Salary will commence after successful completion of the training period If you’re interested and want to build your career in the field of technical support, apply now!
