Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the technology industry. Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities. Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers in a clear and concise manner. Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software.
