Technical Support Engineer

Role Overview: As a Network Engineer at Wipro Limited, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Wipro LAN & WAN across the globe as part of the Global Network Project Implementation Team. Your role will involve implementing and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, NMS tools, and wifi devices from different manufacturers, primarily Cisco and occasionally Avaya/Brocade. You will configure and implement network devices following hardening guidelines and specific project requirements. Additionally, you will troubleshoot network and security-related issues within defined project scopes.
