Technical Support Engineer (Trainee)

As a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist at OPTEL, your main responsibility will be to serve as the initial point of contact for Optel's customers. You will be expected to manage service calls by answering customer inquiries via Optel's online platform and directing requests to the appropriate departments. It will also be your duty to log all interactions into the CRM software and collaborate with Level 2 Technical Support Specialists to provide Level 1 support to Optel customers. Additionally, you will be involved in the case assignation process with various plant managers, attend team meetings, engage in team discussions, and offer input on service support procedures. To qualify for this role, you should possess a college diploma in a technical field such as electrical, electronic, computer science, or networking. Proficiency in customer relationship management, fluency in English, outstanding communication skills, a keen sense of organization and priorities, and a customer service-oriented mindset are essential requirements.
