As a part of our team at Infrared Power Techsol Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in configuring and troubleshooting products such as Dataloggers, Cloud Portal, and Weather Sensors to address technical issues faced by our customers. Your expertise in navigating complex networking environments will be instrumental in supporting our clientele effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot wiring and communication issues, particularly related to Modbus TCP/IP and RTU of Sensors, Inverters, and Dataloggers - Configure and troubleshoot the Remote Monitoring Platform - Efficiently manage and address electronic tickets - Act as a liaison between sales, customer success teams, and clients to effectively resolve technical problems - Troubleshoot and configure software and hardware Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - 2-5 years of experience in Solar Plant monitoring - 1+ years of technical support experience - Experience with blue 'Log and VCOM is an added advantage - Proficiency in Sensors connections and cabling - Hands-on experience with communication protocols like Modbus TCP/IP & RTU - Knowledge of performance parameters of solar plants such as PR, Specific Yield, etc. - Familiarity with Equipment's used in Solar plants and dataloggers - Experience with PLC and SCADA System is a plus - Customer service-oriented - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and troubleshooting abilities If you are passionate about Solar Energy and have a proven track record in Solar Monitoring Systems, we invite you to join our team at Infrared Power Techsol Pvt.
