Technical Support Engineer

As a recent Professional Degree graduate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that require a combination of skills and qualities. Your main responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your knowledge of Excel and proficiency in using ChatGPT to carry out tasks effectively. - Demonstrating good communication skills in English to interact with colleagues and clients. - Showing dedication and hard work in all assigned tasks. - Being willing to travel 2-3 days a month within a 100-200 km radius for customer training, using either public transportation or office vehicles. - Ensuring you possess a valid health/fitness certificate as a mandatory requirement. In addition to the key responsibilities, you are expected to meet the following qualifications: - Completed a Professional Degree within the past 2 years. - Proficiency in Excel and ChatGPT. - Strong communication skills in English. - Demonstrated dedication and hard work ethic. - Ability and willingness to travel for customer training. - Possession of a valid health/fitness certificate.
