Technical Support Engineer (L2)

As a Technical Support Engineer at our company, your role involves being responsible for the overall operation of a unit providing application management services to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing bug analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving problems efficiently. - Building SQL queries for data analysis and generating reports for clients. - Ensuring the quality of data and taking remedial actions when necessary. - Proactively proposing improvements to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency. - Capitalizing on recurring issues and sharing insights into the knowledge base. - Demonstrating enthusiasm and willingness to progress within a functional environment. - Participating in conference calls with clients to address their queries and concerns. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in SQL, PL-SQL, Oracle, and SQL Queries. - Domain knowledge in Banking preferred.
