Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi for a Technical Support Consultant. The Technical Support Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering customer support to clients using Syook's digital technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Analytical Skills
• Customer Support and Communication skills
• Experience in providing technical support to clients
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,666.44 - ₹25,000.00 per month
