What will you do: Be part of a team of technical experts, helping our customers get the best out of ACS’ business solutions. Resolving complex customer issues, both technical and process related, by providing timely resolution to them. Provide direct technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and through remote working tools. Collaborating with the Development team to ensure best solutions are given to Customer’s problems. Anticipate customer needs and Help the product development team in design and testing of solutions created. You will come with: Good technical knowledge of Databases, and SQL. Ability to understand software application issues and analyse the probable cause Great collaboration skills to become a bridge between the Customer and the Development team to ensure that Customer issues are resolved in shortest possible time. The ability to effectively handle difficult customer interactions and challenging customer problems without the need for supervisory intervention; maintains poise and professionalism even with very difficult and demanding customer. Required Candidate profile Minimum 0 months (Freshers) to 3 years of experience in Technical Support Role Good communication skills (both verbal and written) Good knowledge of SQL.
