Technical Support Assistance

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing support in the repair and maintenance of IT equipment and network connectivity across BIPARD's campus. Additionally, you will coordinate and perform data entry, prepare reports, and handle any other related tasks assigned by the representatives of BIPARD. You will also assist faculty and staff with technology-based inquiries and conduct classes for Officer Trainees on computer/IT knowledge. Your role will require good time management, planning skills, and structured thinking. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support in repair and maintenance of IT equipment and network connectivity - Coordinate and perform data entry, report preparation, and other assigned tasks - Assist faculty and staff with technology-based inquiries - Conduct classes for Officer Trainees on computer/IT knowledge - Demonstrate good time management, planning skills, and structured thinking Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/Postgraduate in Computer Science/IT or MCA - At least 2 years of work experience in repairing and maintaining IT and network hardware, MIS, and report preparation Additional Details: BIPARD offers a good work environment with rapid career growth opportunities and minimal hierarchy.
