Technical Staff Associate - QPC

Responsibilities:

• Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc. in workplace

• Ensuring quality & process control during working as per QC guidelines

• Overall, in charge to ensure dispatch of correct products with correct documentation as per customer and statutory requirements

• Take active part in production planning and prepare/communicate daily, weekly, monthly dispatch plan

• Coordination with sales team for dispatch releases and communicate to operation team for planning

• Ensuring placing of trucks/finalization of transporter as & when required

• Ensuring reporting of all dispatch figure as & when required

• Providing training to team to upgrade their skill and overall work culture

• Ensuring stock taking and match with book stock on regular basis

• Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvement jobs)

• Participation in all EHS initiatives

• Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion

• Ensuring proper coordination with other departments

• Ensuring 5S of workplace and maintaining dashboard

Requirements:

Qualifications: ITI/Graduation

Work Experience: 2-5 Years in similar Role (Preferably from Refractories Industry)
