Job Description

Responsibilities

Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc. in workplace
Ensuring quality & process control during working as per QC guidelines
Overall, in charge to ensure dispatch of correct products with correct documentation as per customer and statutory requirements
Take active part in production planning and prepare/communicate daily, weekly, monthly dispatch plan
Coordination with sales team for dispatch releases and communicate to operation team for planning
Ensuring placing of trucks/finalization of transporter as & when required
Ensuring reporting of all dispatch figure as & when required
Providing training to team to upgrade their skill and overall work culture
Ensuring stock taking and match with book stock on regular basis
Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvement jobs)
Participation in all EHS initiatives
Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion
Ensuring proper coordination with other departments
Ensuring 5S of workplace and maintaining dashboard

Profile/Competences

Requirements:Qualifications: ITI/GraduationWork Experience: 2-5 Years in similar Role (Preferably from Refractories Industry)
