Technical Specialist- Wireless Aruba

As a Technical Specialist at HCLTech in Nagpur, your role involves ongoing network operations management to provide 24x7 support. You should have deep experience in networking technologies such as VMware Velocloud SD-WAN, Cisco Routing, Switching (Arista and Cisco), Aruba Wireless(WLAN), ClearPass, Load Balancer, NetScaler, and Zscaler. Key Responsibilities: - Provide tier 2+ operational support to resolve critical business issues that require deep network troubleshooting techniques and performance analysis. - Independently own the Network Infrastructure support, solve complex issues, and suggest design modifications as appropriate. - Have good and extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless and LAN switching. - Troubleshoot LAN-related issues like VTP and STP, and perform packet capture on various platforms. - Resolve issues related to BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF. Have knowledge of VMware Velocloud SD-WAN and maintaining DHCP servers. - Knowledge of various NAC and security tools, including Aruba ClearPass, and experience in managing Zscaler, including ZIA and ZPA. - Perform monitoring, maintenance, change controls, update process documentation, participate in troubleshooting, capacity planning, analysis, and Root Cause Analysis. - Communicate with peers and managers regarding system issues, participate in 24x7 on-call rotations, and automate operational tasks to enhance process robustness. - Manage network service providers, matrixed resources, refresh heat-maps, and operations plans for campus networks, WAN, LAN, and WLAN connectivity. - Monitor and analyze statistical data to develop improvement plans for network and application performance. Qualifications Required: - Deep experience in networking technologies including routing protocols like BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF. - Hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless, LAN switching, Load Balancer (F5), and VMware Velocloud SD-WAN. - Knowledge of maintaining DHCP servers, NAC, security tools like Aruba ClearPass, and managing Zscaler. - Strong technical orientation, creative problem-solving skills, and experience in network performance management and operations planning.,
