Technical Specialist - Network & Security (NS5)

As an Engineer with B.E / B.Tech / MCA qualification, your role involves analyzing business requirements and project scope to develop network design and roadmaps for technology solutions aligning with the organization's IT strategy and goals. Your key responsibilities include: - Participating in solution design and execution. - Collaborating with Customer IT teams to ensure design solutions meet network & security requirements. - Configuring and troubleshooting different OEM Products for proper operation of SD-WAN/LAN/WLAN according to architectural design and standards. - Aligning network solutions and architectures with changing business needs, technologies, and industry standards. - Monitoring solution performance, identifying and resolving issues, and making necessary adjustments for improved performance. - Documenting solutions and providing training to team members as required. - Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation of solutions and architectures. - Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure solution integration with existing systems. - Interface with Vendors for evaluation, implementation, and support of deployed network gear. - Working on resolution of complex or escalated issues or network outages. - Managing SOPs, Knowledge documents, and KB articles.
