Job Description

As a Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a seasoned subject matter expert responsible for providing technical support to clients. Your role involves compiling technical specifications clearly and concisely, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution, and creating alternative solutions as backup planning. You will work towards professional to expert level certification while also developing business knowledge. Your key responsibilities will include interacting with clients on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements, escalating unresolved problems and issues to relevant third parties, responding to escalated client requests, writing reports and proposals, completing and maintaining project documentation, and assisting in documenting standard operating procedures related to installations and fixes. You will also act as a coach and mentor to more junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians, coordinating their activities in line with performance targets and contributing to higher complexity design work with expected input. To thrive in this role, you will need to have a seasoned understanding of technical design and business principles, project fundamental and administration ability, project skills demonstrated in the execution of installations and assignments, excellent customer engagement skills, relevant domain specialist knowledge, excellent verbal communication skills, a client-focused and proactive problem-solving approach, ability to work under pressure, and the capacity to coach, mentor, and provide guidance to team members. Academically, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field, professional level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNP, JNCIS, ACMP, etc., and Cisco Dev Net certification. In terms of experience, you should have seasoned work experience in technical implementation engineering specific to Networking technologies, engaging with clients and conducting presentations, report writing, project management, experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers, as well as diagnosis and troubleshooting.
