Job Description

You will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Cisco Unified Communication & VoIP projects, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, and optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills in project support - Demonstrate deep understanding of Cisco VoIP/UCCE & Contact Center environments - Conduct remote monitoring in managed enterprise setups - Stay updated on telecom alternatives and industry trends - Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in Cisco VoIP and Unified Communication projects - Strong communication, analytical & critical-thinking skills - Knowledge of Cisco VoIP / UCCE & Contact Center environments - Experience with remote monitoring in managed enterprise setups - Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools Additional Details: The company is looking for candidates who can work during US hours, with a mix of WFO and WFH days. The contract duration is 2 years, and the interview process includes virtual and face-to-face rounds. Immediate joiners are preferred, and relocation is not considered. Candidates with a 6-month gap can apply with a valid justification.,
