Agile & DevOps: Establish and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for fast and reliable software delivery. Lead DevOps initiatives, focusing on system reliability, monitoring, and minimizing downtime. Promote Agile methodologies, leading Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement to ensure smooth development cycles. Required Qualifications: Education : B.E./B.Tech/Masters degree from a premier institute in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, or related field). Experience : 12- 16 years in software engineering, with at least 4-8 years in eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain-related SaaS platforms. Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in software development using NodeJS, Go, or Python, Java along with strong expertise in AWS. Proven experience in building scalable, distributed software products and infrastructure. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, design patterns, and NoSQL databases. At least 4 years of experience managing software projects, including planning, delivery, and tracking. Demonstrated expertise in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, user story writing, and defining product backlogs. Experience leading large IT projects from end-to-end, including estimation, planning, development, testing, and production support. Proven ability to build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in AWS (e.g., Solutions Architect), AI/ML ,Big Data (e.g., Cloudera), or DevOps tools. Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and third-party logistics software integrations. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, edge computing, and blockchain in logistics.
