Technical Services Supervisor

The job responsibilities of the Technical Support Specialist include: - Must be proficient in speaking Chinese/Mandarin at an Intermediate level. - Graduation as qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience. - Conduct material forecasting based on customers" production plans. - Manage logistics tracking and handling of materials such as paint materials, additives, etc. - Oversee the daily operation and management of the paint mixing room in collaboration with customers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. - Adhere to customers" safety protocols and relevant management regulations to successfully carry out daily work responsibilities. - Monitor the daily production line status and provide feedback to the relevant team members of the company, including instrument measurement, data collection, archiving, and feedback. - Engage in on-site problem-solving and resource coordination by organizing daily meetings with customers and internal teams to address any issues that may arise.,
