What this job involves: Prioritizing the facilities needsalways A seasoned expert in the field, the Technical Manager is on top of all the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and civil works needed in a facility. Discuss, negotiate, signing off the SLAs with different customers viz- Telecom/ Retails/ Institutions. Monitoring the adherence of the SLAs periodically and initiate CAPA as and when required Ensuring the AMC/ CMCs as per the targets, review the performance periodically with the team members/ OEAs/ Dealers. Initiate corrective and preventive measures to achieve the business targets. Visiting customers/ clients for the service when required.
