After Sales Service Responsibilities

Site Inspection:
Responsible for providing service by conducting site inspections for customers
Construction Quality Testing:
Supervise the construction quality testing of cement and concrete
Complaint Management:
Receive and analyze quality-related complaints, ensuring proper redressal to enhance customer satisfaction
Sales Support:
Support the Sales Team network in business enhancement

Lead Generation & Event Execution

Lead Generation:
Responsible for generating leads from IHB (Influencer, Home Builders) and other influencers
Event Execution:
Execute requisite activities such as:
Mason meet
IHB meet
Contractor meets
Mason mela
Counter meets
Consumer camps
All activities executed per budget in close coordination with the sales team

Market Engagement & Intelligence

Influencer Engagement:
Actively engage with influencers to drive brand presence and sales
Market Information Gathering:
Collect market insights regarding:
Quality feedback
MTC (Material Test Certificates)
Services provided
Activities conducted by competitor brands
