Technical Services Analyst

The Senior Technical Services Analyst will be responsible for supporting technologies related to secure access service edge (SASE), firewall policies, load balancers, etc. A strong understanding of networking fundamentals is essential for this role. You will be responsible for managing Juniper and Palo Alto firewall policies, F5 load balancers (LTM, APM, ASM), and Infoblox / IPAM and DHCP server deployment. Additionally, you will work with InfoSec and application teams to ensure the successful deployment of applications in compliance with security guidelines and Change Management procedures. As the Senior Technical Services Analyst, you will provide recommendations for application connectivity and Bechtel's network/AD infrastructure requirements. You will also provide support for Cloud proxy solutions such as Zscaler and Global Protect PA, along with third-level technical support for application traffic flow and Internet access issues. Off-hour support based on rotation will also be required. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking fundamentals, proficiency with gateway technologies including SSL-VPN, load balancers, firewalls, and proxy servers, and familiarity with Cloud Proxy Solution Netskope. Experience with Infoblox IPAM Management, LAN/WAN technologies, TCP/IP, Ethernet, routing, networking protocols, HTTP traffic, and SSL standards is necessary. Proficiency in using network troubleshooting tools like Wireshark and Fiddler is also expected. Certifications in Juniper, Cisco, and Microsoft technologies are advantageous, and experience in scripting and automation is highly desired. Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and Networking, preferably with Azure, would be beneficial for this role.
