As a Pest Control Documentation Specialist, your role will involve maintaining accurate and compliant records of pest control activities through meticulous documentation, report creation, and photo record-keeping. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of pest control inspections, treatments, and monthly service reports. It is crucial that you collect and organize photographic evidence of pest control activities to ensure thorough documentation and compliance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring clear documentation of pesticide usage and submitting timely reports to management, clients, and regulatory authorities. - Collaborating with pest control technicians to gather accurate data and images from the field. - Assisting during audits or inspections by preparing and presenting relevant records. - Efficiently organizing both digital and physical files for storage and retrieval, including software uploads. To excel in this role, you should preferably hold a Science degree and possess good communication and time-management skills. Prior experience in documentation, reporting, or administrative roles, particularly in the pest control industry, is preferred. Your ability to adhere to deadlines, handle image files for documentation, and maintain meticulous records will be essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic data entry or reporting software is necessary.
