At least 7 to 12 years of overall IT experience is required for this role. A minimum of 4 years of Scrum Master Experience is mandatory. The ideal candidate should have a technical background (e.g., Dotnet, Java, etc) and must be from the Banking/Insurance domain only. Mandatory Agile certifications such as PSM2/SAFe RTE/SAFe Agilist/SAFe Scrum Master are necessary. The candidate should have experience working on Cloud/DevOps and be able to effectively communicate with internal/external stakeholders based on data for decision making. Validating requirements with stakeholders and the project team, providing suggestions and recommendations based on previous experience and industry knowledge are key responsibilities. Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers, as well as guiding the team on self-organization to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks, are important aspects of the role. The candidate should be well versed with Scrum frameworks.
