Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading Agile/Scrum practices within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and effective project delivery. Your technical background in Dotnet, Java, or other relevant technologies will be utilized to guide the team and stakeholders towards successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Possessing at least 7 to 12 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 4 years as a Scrum Master in the Banking/Insurance domain - Holding mandatory Agile certifications such as PSM2, SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, or SAFe Scrum Master - Demonstrating expertise in Cloud/DevOps technologies for efficient project execution - Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders using data-driven insights for decision-making - Validating requirements with stakeholders and the project team, offering recommendations based on industry best practices - Guiding the team on self-organization within Agile/Scrum frameworks to deliver customer-centric solutions - Ensuring the team's adherence to Scrum practices and values for continuous improvement and customer delight Qualifications Required: - 7 to 12 years of IT experience with 4 years as a Scrum Master in the Banking/Insurance sector - Technical proficiency in Dotnet, Java, or similar technologies - Mandatory Agile certifications such as PSM2, SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, or SAFe Scrum Master - Experience in working with Cloud/DevOps technologies - Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and project teams effectively Note: Capgemini is a global leader in business and technology transformation, with a focus on digital and sustainable solutions.
