Job Description

The Technical Project Manager will oversee software development projects utilizing Agile Methodologies, Scrum Framework, and Kanban to ensure timely delivery and quality. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project will facilitate efficient project tracking and reporting. The role demands expertise in risk management, budget forecasting, and the software development lifecycle to optimize resource allocation. Experience with API integration, cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, and CI/CD pipelines is essential for managing technical aspects. Strong skills in data analysis, technical documentation, version control using Git, and quality assurance processes will support project success. Effective leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities are critical for managing cross-functional teams. Time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills will drive project milestones and stakeholder satisfaction. Adaptability and negotiation skills will help navigate changing project requirements and priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Agile Methodologies, Scrum Framework, Kanban, JIRA, and Microsoft Project to manage project workflows effectively.

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution while ensuring alignment with budget forecasting and risk management strategies.

  • Coordinate with software development teams to oversee the software development lifecycle, API integration, and deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

  • Manage CI/CD pipeline implementation and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of software delivery.

  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation and version control records using Git to ensure transparency and traceability.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings.

  • Resolve conflicts within project teams and facilitate decision-making to keep projects on track and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.,Candidates should have 0-0 years of experience in technical project management or related roles.,Familiarity with software development processes and project management tools is preferred for entry-level candidates.
