Technical Program Manager, Forms of Payment, Payments Platform

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and effectively communicate with cross-functional partners across the company. Your role involves facilitating and managing cross-functional/technical projects to drive them to launch, resolving issues, identifying and implementing risk mitigations, defining requirements, scope, schedule, resourcing, and milestones/tasks with Engineering, PM, and Cross-functional Partners. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate and manage cross-functional/technical projects, drive them to launch, and lead team discussions to resolve issues and implement risk mitigations. - Collaborate closely with Engineering, PM, and Cross-functional Partners to define requirements, scope, schedule, resourcing, and milestones/tasks. - Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders such as third-party vendors and regulators. - Communicate project status to various audiences, including cross-functional and executive teams. - Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance team scalability. - Demonstrate technical comprehension and thought leadership to enhance project efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program management. - Experience in technical program management, stakeholder management, and risk assessments. - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in managing software development projects.,
