Job Description

Responsibilities Facilitate roadmap planning, scope alignment, and solution architecture with cross-team coordination. Create and manage detailed project plans and documentation for all major deliverables. Lead program execution, ensuring process adherence, timely delivery, and quality standards. Act as the primary escalation point and manage risks, changes, and stakeholder communication. Track KPIs, share progress updates, and guide teams on best practices and process improvements. Oversee project closure, including deliverable handoff, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned. Requirements Experience in technical program management. Strong technical expertise with deep systems and queueing platform knowledge. Proven experience leading product development in high-growth environments. Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and DevOps. Track record of delivering projects end-to-end, on time and within scope and budget.
