Technical Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, develop, and optimize core components of LOS, LMS, and other internal financial services applications.
  
• Write, debug, and review code to ensure high-quality, maintainable solutions.
  
• Own system architecture while contributing directly to framework development, critical components, and services.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, scope projects, and serve as the technical voice in project management, ensuring timely delivery of business objectives.
  
• Drive operational excellence, maintaining high availability and resiliency of the platform.
  
• Ensure engineering excellence through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
  
• Promote and implement a holistic approach to DevOps, integrating development and operations for streamlined delivery and reliability.
  

Must Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full stack software engineering experience with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and PostgreSQL.
  
• Experience designing and developing scalable systems for FinTech applications.
  
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
