Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI automation tools from concept to launch and continuous iteration.
• Define product vision and strategy for scalable automation solutions, aligning with business and client needs.
• Translate business requirements and technical possibilities into clear product specs and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and operations to ship high-quality releases.
• Drive product discovery and user research, identifying pain points and automation opportunities.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs such as automation rate, adoption, and cost/time savings.
• Prioritize product initiatives using data-driven frameworks to maximize customer and business value.
• Act as the technical product owner in agile teams, ensuring clarity, speed, and excellence in delivery.

What You'll Bring

• 34 years of product management experience, preferably in AI, automation, or SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record of owning and launching AI-enabled products that deliver measurable business value.
• Strong technical background with a deep understanding of AI/ML systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience working with AI automation tools, either for internal service delivery or external client products.

• Prior experience with service delivery platforms or business process automation.
• Familiarity with AI safety frameworks, explainability techniques, and ethical AI standards.
