Position Overview:
This position involves in preparing media, calibrating equipment using fermenters, biomass separation, Extraction and Purification, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize downstream processes and comply with regulatory guidelines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:1.Overseeing the Extraction, purification, esterification of functional lipids2.Expertise in molecular distillation techniques 3.Ensure product quality and understand end-to-end process 4.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering5.Oversee CIP and SIP processes6.Operating and optimization of downstream processing equipment, including chromatography, filtration, and centrifugation systems
Knowledge of downstream processing techniques and purification of microbial products
