Your responsibilities include: - **Mentoring & Teaching:** - Conducting classes on C# programming, Unity Engine, and OpenGL concepts. - Providing hands-on training sessions, code walkthroughs, and technical guidance. - **Project Guidance:** - Supporting students in coding assignments and real-world projects. - Helping them apply theoretical knowledge to practical development challenges. - **Code Reviews:** - Reviewing student code submissions and providing detailed, constructive feedback. - Ensuring adherence to best coding practices and performance optimization. - **Industry Standards:** - Introducing students to professional workflows, tools, and game development best practices. - **Communication & Support:** - Maintaining open, encouraging communication with students. - Addressing queries and fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment. - **Curriculum & Collaboration:** - Contributing to refining the curriculum related to Unity, C#, and OpenGL. - Collaborating with other mentors and academic staff to enhance the program's effectiveness. - **Performance Evaluation:** - Assessing student progress and providing feedback or additional support where needed. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong command of C#, Unity Engine, and OpenGL. - Minimum 5+ years of experience in game development, preferably Unity-based projects. - Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
