Technical Manager

Skill Set :

• Programming languages and frameworks relevant to the software product (

  e.g., C++, CAD programming etc.).

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

• Feature Development:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of new advanced features for our software product.
• Bring competitive advantage into the product

• Technical Leadership:

• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, offer feedback, and enforce coding standards.

• Software Development & Team management:

• Lead efforts in refactoring, optimizing, and improving existing C++ codebase.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.

• Innovation and Research:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
• Propose and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance software capabilities.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging experimentation and continuous learning.

• Quality Assurance:

• Implement rigorous testing and validation processes for new features and existing code.
• Ensure that new features meet performance, security, and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve issues during the development and testing phases.

• Documentation and Training:

• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for new features.
• Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and features.
