Technical Manager

Role Overview: At EY Technology, you will play a crucial role in shaping a better working world by leading the solution architecture development for software solutions utilizing the Microsoft stack. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing highly modular, scalable, and robust applications, collaborating with teams to propagate best practices, and integrating emerging technologies into every aspect of operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Solution Architecture team in developing software solutions using the Microsoft Technology stack, including C#, .Net, Angular, SharePoint, Power Platform, AI, ML, and Advanced Analytics. - Oversee the solution delivery for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business and user requirements. - Design and implement advanced software architectures and infrastructure architectures. - Develop and integrate AI and ML solutions to enhance functionality and user experience. - Solve complex technical challenges in coding, testing, and deployment. - Drive compliance with relevant standards and engage in business development activities. - Provide advanced technical expertise to maximize efficiency and value from current solutions and emerging technologies. - Develop strong working relationships with peers across Development & Engineering and Architecture teams. Qualification Required: - B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MS or equivalent degree preferably in Computer Science discipline. - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in software development and architecture. - Strong proficiency in C#, .Net, and the Microsoft technology stack. - Experience in architecting enterprise scale business solutions using Angular, WebAPI, and SQL tech stack. - Hands-on experience with Azure services and in-depth knowledge of AI/ML technologies. - Familiarity with Power Platform, Agile Development methodologies, Azure DevOps, GIT, and PMI & Agile Standards. - Exposure to Data Science, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts. - Industry recognized certifications in Azure offerings would be a plus.
