This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 4-6 LPA)

Min Experience: 3 yearsLocation: Remote (India)JobType: full-timeWe are looking for an experienced and technically proficient professional to join as a Technical Manager focused on CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service). The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the telecom or messaging industry, with hands-on experience in databases, APIs, and server operations. This role demands both technical expertise and the ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple projects.

Requirements

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • Industry Experience: 3 to 6 years in a technical role within the CPaaS, telecom, or messaging domain.
  • Database Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL with the ability to write and optimize complex queries (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE).
  • Linux Expertise: Comfortable navigating and operating in Linux/command-line environments.
  • API Integration: Hands-on experience working with REST APIs, including usage of tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
  • Server Management: Proficient in using SSH to access and operate on remote servers securely.
  • Database Tools: Familiarity with tools like DBeaver, MySQL Workbench, and pgAdmin for database management and visualization.
  • System Architecture Understanding: Sound understanding of how frontend, backend, and databases interact in modern web applications.
  • Project Management: Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution
