Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager of Carrier Certifications at Ericsson, you will play a crucial role in managing the worldwide cellular certifications of Ericsson's hardware platforms. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining strong relationships with carrier operators and labs globally, ensuring the timely and accurate execution of tests to meet certification requirements. Your expertise in R&D product development, program management, and project management will be essential in this role. You will be responsible for submission, management, and completion of certifications, as well as liaising with carrier operators and labs to influence work scope and costs. Your strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills will enable you to track technical issues, maintain schedules, and deliver status reports regularly. Your technical background in routers, networking fundamentals, and cellular modems/networks will be valuable in this position. To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of five years of industry experience in R&D product development, program management, or project management. You should be fluent in project management tools and processes, with a track record of meeting performance, schedule, and cost goals. Your ability to handle tasks personally and seek product and process improvements will be critical in this fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering field is required for this position. Strong technical problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are essential traits for success in this role. Additionally, a willingness to travel occasionally and stay updated on industry technology trends is important for continuous improvement and future planning.,
