Technical Manager

As a Tech Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading the development team in Mysore with your strong hands-on expertise in React.js and experience in service-based product delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide technical leadership to the team. - Engage in hands-on development using React.js. - Manage projects and ensure timely delivery. - Maintain quality standards and follow efficient processes. - Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members. **Requirements:** - Hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Possess 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role. - Demonstrate strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related libraries/frameworks. - Have experience in service-based product delivery and handling multiple client projects. - Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js/Express and APIs would be beneficial. - Exhibit strong project management skills with proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Showcase excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and team management expertise.
