Guide the team in best coding practices, design patterns, and architectural decisions. Implement and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage. Ensure high-quality software through code reviews, testing, and performance optimization. Data Engineering & Analytics Work with structured and unstructured data for reporting and analysis. Build data pipelines and optimize data flows using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or similar tools. Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide insights and recommendations. Cloud & DevOps (Azure Expertise) Architect, deploy, and manage Azure cloud-based solutions. Leverage Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Key Vault, etc.) for efficient data operations. Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for automated deployments. Monitor and optimize cloud performance, security, and cost efficiency. Agile & Scrum Process Implementation Act as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ensuring adherence to Scrum processes. Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives. Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and sprint goals. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Client & Stakeholder Management Engage with clients, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Communicate technical concepts in a non-technical manner for decision-makers. Ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and analytics.
