Technical Lead

Location: Coimbatore, TN, India

• Bachelor's/master's degree.
• 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, C#, and modern software development.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, UDP, WebSockets, HTTPS).
• Proficiency in multi threading, concurrency, and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Familiarity with security best practices in software development.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and suggest improvements.
  

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications using .NET Core & C#.
• Implementation of RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
