Technical Lead

As a highly skilled Technical Lead .NET, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications. Your deep technical expertise in .NET Core, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and React.Js, along with strong OOPS fundamentals, will be crucial in guiding the technical direction, mentoring the team, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Your key responsibilities will include leading the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and modern front-end technologies, collaborating with architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, driving technical design discussions and code reviews, implementing containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, designing and optimizing database schemas, integrating cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services, guiding the team on React.Js best practices, ensuring code quality, security, scalability, and performance, and mentoring team members to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. You will also participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies to contribute to the overall success of the team. Your educational background should include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Your technical skills should encompass expertise in .NET Core and C#, proficiency in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, a solid understanding of OOPS principles and design patterns, hands-on experience in AWS cloud services, proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes, and front-end development expertise in ReactJS. In addition to your technical skills, soft skills such as strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration will be essential for this role. Preferred skills include experience in microservices-based architecture, exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, and performance tuning and troubleshooting of large-scale applications.,
