Technical Lead

As an IoT Device and CCTV Technician, your role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of IoT devices such as audio announcement systems, FM transmitters, and CCTV systems within public buses. This position requires you to be hands-on in the field, possess basic networking knowledge, and have hardware handling skills. Key Responsibilities: - Install and configure various IoT devices including audio systems, FM units, GPS trackers, and sensors on buses. - Set up CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and ensure the complete surveillance setup in buses. - Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance on the installed devices. - Identify technical issues and rectify faulty IoT devices or CCTV systems. - Ensure proper wiring, positioning of devices, and establish network connectivity when necessary. - Collaborate with operations and project managers to schedule installations and provide reports. - Maintain detailed records of installation activities, maintenance tasks, and service reports. - Train junior staff members and contribute to the development of installation guidelines. - Adhere strictly to safety protocols and uphold quality standards throughout the installation and servicing procedures.
