Technical Lead/ Senior Software Developer

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, coding, testing, and documenting new programs. Additionally, you will be debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining source code related to various programs. It is essential for you to work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Collaborating with designers and content producers is also a key aspect of your role. You will be required to develop specifications, prototypes, or initial user guides and create visual modeling or diagramming of the current and proposed workflows. Your assistance in the development of processes and procedures to streamline and increase efficiency will be valuable. Integration with enterprise products/systems and performing code reviews while providing mentorship to junior developers are also part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, staying updated on Salesforce platform enhancements, new releases, and best practices is crucial.
