Technical Lead/ Senior Software Developer

You should have 5 to 8 years of experience in the field. The job is based in Coimbatore. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, coding, testing, and documenting new programs. You will also be tasked with debugging, troubleshooting, and maintaining source code related to various programs. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Additionally, you will collaborate with designers and content producers to develop specifications, prototypes, or initial user guides. Creating visual modeling or diagramming of current and proposed workflows will be part of your role. You will assist in the development of processes and procedures to streamline and increase efficiency. Integration with enterprise products/systems is also a part of the job. Providing mentorship to junior developers through code reviews is expected. It is essential to stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements, new releases, and best practices. The required skills for this position include a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in programming languages like JAVA or PHP. You should have a strong working experience in structured database systems such as SQL, MySQL, and MSSQL. Experience in requirement understanding and analyzing is crucial. Good writing and oral communication skills are necessary. A good working knowledge of front-end languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS would be beneficial. Sound knowledge in Rest APIs is also required. Experience with build tools like VS code, as well as using Bitbucket and JIRA, is essential. Experience in cloud data platforms like Snowflake would be a plus.,
