Technical Lead

You are a dynamic and experienced Technical Lead responsible for guiding the end-to-end development of scalable and high-performing applications. Your deep expertise in REST APIs, backend and frontend development, and modern CI/CD practices will be key in providing architectural direction, mentoring team members, and making technical decisions aligned with business goals. In this role, your responsibilities include leading full-stack development efforts with strong backend ownership, overseeing frontend integration, architecting, designing, and developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions. You will also drive CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensure code quality through regular reviews, and lead sprint planning and technical discussions. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, identify technical risks, and communicate effectively across different teams. As the ideal candidate, you should have 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, including at least 2 years in a lead role. Your strong backend development experience in .NET / Node.js / Java / Python, solid frontend experience with React / Angular / Vue.js, and hands-on experience with REST API design and integration are essential. Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, containerization, and cloud platforms is also required. Your ability to lead a development team, resolve conflicts, and ensure project delivery will be crucial. Nice to have skills include experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, infrastructure as code, cloud certifications, and monitoring/logging tools. Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a high-performing team culture.,
