Position Summary: We are seeking React Lead with expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, and NextJS to lead our development team and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for architecture design, mentoring developers, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, anda passion for building cutting-edge solutions. Job Location: Nagpur & Pune Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and NextJS. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries for future use. Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Manage code reviews, resolve technical issues, and enforce coding standards. Work closely with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem. Required Skills and Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in web development with a focus on ReactJS, NodeJS, and NextJS. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using NextJS. Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs, GraphQL knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Context API, or similar). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and modern front-end styling frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS). Experience with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD tools. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of security best practices in web applications.
