Position Summary: We are looking for a React Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will help build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and NextJS. The ideal candidate is passionate about coding, eager to learn, and enjoys collaborating with other developers. Job Location: Nagpur & Pune (6.00 PM to 3.00 AM) Key Responsibilities: Develop scalable and responsive web applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, and NextJS. Build and maintain APIs using NodeJS and integrate with frontend components. Work with UI/UX designers to help create user-friendly interfaces. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using NextJS. Ensure cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility. Assist with the integration of third-party APIs and services. Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong proficiency in JavaScript; TypeScript knowledge is a plus. 3+ years of experience with ReactJS and NodeJS. Hands-on experience with NextJS and its core features (SSR, SSG). Familiar with RESTful APIs and web services. Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Why Join Us?
