Technical Lead - Product Development

As a Software Developer in this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and testing features to advance the flagship software of the company. Your primary focus will be on enhancing security measures while optimizing performance. You will work on applications catering specifically to the banking vertical, ensuring a balance of speed, readability, and reliability. Additionally, you will oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards for system resilience and accuracy. Your role will involve leading enhancements to existing systems, particularly in the area of fraud detection. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and update software will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and test features to enhance security and optimize performance of the flagship software. - Work on applications tailored to the banking vertical, focusing on speed, readability, and reliability. - Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure system resilience and high standards for accuracy. - Lead improvements to existing systems, particularly in fraud detection. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, debug, and update software. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Required Skills: - 8+ years of experience in Java-based projects with at least 3 years of team management experience. - Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and security best practices for software development. - Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, and ORM frameworks like Hibernate. Familiarity with Kafka and Redis is a plus. - Hands-on knowledge of container technology for efficient deployment environments. - Familiarity with coding languages like JavaScript, Golang, and secure version control practices like Git/SVN. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset with a focus on developing secure, data-driven applications. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and with non-technical stakeholders. - Detail-oriented with a curiosity to delve deeper into data for improving fraud detection accuracy.,
